I am officially free from pests.

That's right, those pests of roommates I had leaving my place in a constant state of mess and making liberal use of all my possessions are gone (and so are their huge fat boy motorcycles which took up more space than a car).

I'll miss the added bit of income (aka my parts budget) but it will be nice to not have to deal with always cleaning up after them (sad part is I was the youngest one and I had to constantly tell them to stop leaving the place a damned mess!)

Hopefully this weekend Ill be able to reorganize the garage enough to fit a while car in there!. Then all Ill need is the car.

Roommates are nice...but they can be slightly annoying.

I have to choose my words carefully, since I did roommate with another Oppoite at university and a little while afterwards.

Although in his defense, he was one of the best roommates I've had.

Yea they were old friends that I gave a god buddy discount to, but we had almost literally nothing in common anymore and they were just slobs.
